If you are not able to locate a fitness club or exercise center in our Find A Fitness Facility search, and would like to nominate them to join the fitness network, please complete the online form below. Silver&Fit will contact your fitness facility and if they meet the qualifications, they may be invited to sign a contract to treat Silver&Fit members. Once they become part of the fitness network, you can access them as part of your program or benefit.
