Silver&Fit is a fitness and healthy aging program designed to help you achieve
better health through regular exercise. The Silver&Fit Programs include membership
at a local participating fitness facility, Web site resources and support from Silver&Fit’s toll-free
member services hotline and Web site. Additional features may also be included based
on your Silver&Fit membership.*
When you visit SilverandFit.com you may take advantage of health tools that
may help you chart your progress. The site also includes articles on a variety of
health topics. SilverandFit.com includes:
- A Health Library which contains articles that complement your program, whether it is the fitness facility membership or the Silver&Fit Home Fitness Program
- The latest issue of The Silver Slate® — your quarterly Silver&Fit newsletter
- Easy to use health tools to help you monitor various health indicators
- Access to a comprehensive fitness facility locator to help you find the facility that's right for you
- Access to an online store.
- Real-time enrollment information and the ability to print ID cards and download Silver&Fit Program descriptions
